Traditional St. Patrick’s Day recipes include quite a few staples such as corned beef and cabbage. I’m always most interested in dessert, however! Here are two recipes for treats that will be a welcome addition to your celebration.

Try this recipe for Guinness-infused Pudding, or Dark Chocolate Mint Cupcakes with White-Chocolate Mint Frosting.

There are many variations available for Irish Soda Bread, but here is recipe for Soda Bread Biscuits.

These would work well at any Irish-themed event!

Nutella Sandwich Cookies

Growing up, Nutella was a staple in my house. This Italian import has definitely grown in popularity. I found this cookie recipe by Emma of Food Coma and had to share! You can find ingredients and directions here, on A Beautiful Mess.

These would work well for a number of occasions – though, really, who needs an occasion to eat chocolate? I like that these are kid-friendly as well. Serve them alongside “grown up” macarons!
