This Italian import has definitely grown in popularity. I found this cookie recipe by Emma of Food Coma and had to share! You can find ingredients and directions here, on A Beautiful Mess.

These would work well for a number of occasions – though, really, who needs an occasion to eat chocolate? I like that these are kid-friendly as well. Serve them alongside “grown up” macarons!
